The Board of Directors of Simi Valley Flyers for the express benefit and protection of the general membership has designed the Application For Membership.
Please obtain, read and understand the Bylaws and the Flight
Safety Rules contained
within the Welcome Package, before completing and signing
the Application For
Membership.

You must be a current member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA)
before you can fly. AMA fee is $58 for Open Membership
– reduced rates apply for seniors and family members.

Installment Payment Request: Extenuating circumstance - Board approved
A copy of the Bylaws and Flight
Safety Rules are available from the Secretary or the
Membership Chairman of the Club
I understand that completing this Application For Membership does not guarantee
acceptance to the Simi Valley Flyers. I also understand that the Board of
Directors and
the General Membership of the Club must approve my Application.
